Ongoing Support Services
Disability Support - assistance with applications, case management, etc.
 Adult Education Services - literacy skills.
Emergency Food Assistance - available once per month Monday - Friday 1:00 - 3:00 pm. Soup Bowl - meal at noon located at the Adelaide Soup Bowl The Meeting Place/Drop In Centre - open Monday to Friday 11:00am to 2:30pm at College Avenue United.
Books for Birthdays - new book on birthday for children 1 to 12 years old.
 Knapsacks for Kids - last week in August, School supplies for school aged children. Program is by "Invitation only" contact Administration to register.
Extended Family Project - is community 'teams' sharing information, resources and experiences, together supporting families and individuals looking to make a positive change to their life. These teams together, seek out services and programs that would be beneficial and instill meaningful impact. Community updates on services and issues done through 'The Oxford Insight' publication. Chaplaincy Services - crisis counseling, visitation, advocacy, Bible Study and Chapel Service. Secular and non-secular services are offered as pertains to the individual's creed. 
Located at Church of the Epiphany Coats for Kids(and adults) - 2008 Friday Nov 14 and Saturday Nov 15. New and good used coats, boots, hats, and mitts for children and adults. Located at Old St. Paul's Anglican Church This will be the 5th season the Inn Out Of The Cold has been providing shelter for homeless males and females 16 years or older, Hours of operation are 7:30pm to 8:30am daily thru November 1 - March 31. Contact Stephen Martin 519-539-3361 for further info. |
